● High Performance Student-Athlete Program
The Foundations Student-Athlete Program was inspired by a simple belief: students should have the opportunity to pursue excellence in sport without sacrificing their education. By combining a flexible academic schedule with dedicated training time, the program provides student-athletes with the balance, support, and structure needed to thrive both academically and athletically. We offer a unique schedule that combines three full days of academics with two halfdays, allowing student-athletes to dedicate their afternoons to high-performance training and sport-specific development. This innovative approach creates meaningful time for athletic pursuits while ensuring students continue to receive a comprehensive and personalized academic education.
Students also have access to integrated sports medicine services, including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, injury prevention strategies, recovery protocols, and ongoing performance monitoring. Through fitness testing, movement assessments, and data-driven development plans, each athlete's progress is carefully tracked and supported.
Prospective students are encouraged to schedule a complimentary athletic assessment.

Ecological Education
We are excited to introduce a greenhouse as part of our Ecology program! This space will serve as a living classroom where students will have opportunities to observe change over time, take responsibility for living things, and make meaningful connections across their learning. It will be an exciting and meaningful part of their learning experience. We are so excited to bring this vision to life.
Through Science, Healthy Living, and outdoor learning, students explore real-world topics like food systems, wellness, and environmental responsibility. They develop critical thinking, resilience, and a strong sense of care for themselves, others, and the planet.
